A research artifact names its question, scope, sources, uncertainty, relevance and operational owner rather than collecting interesting links indefinitely.

Evidence discipline

Observation, inference and recommendation remain separate.

Attributable facts are not blended with model judgment, and unresolved uncertainty survives into the final artifact.

Operationalization
