Autonomous Venture Company / Alpha

Autonomous companies need more than agents.

AVC is governed infrastructure for turning intent into bounded work, durable evidence, verified outcomes, and better decisions—without surrendering human ownership.

Owner authority
Root control remains human and non-delegable.
Evidence before trust
Consequential claims require attributable proof.
Static public surface
No tracking, forms, authentication, or visitor storage.

The system gap

Agents can finish tasks. Companies must carry responsibility.

AVC adds the durable organizational machinery that prompt orchestration leaves behind: explicit authority, bounded jobs, provenance, verification, incident recovery, and a record of what actually happened.

Starting point

Fresh prompt and temporary context

Durable intent with constraints and success criteria

Authority

Implicit access or broad tool permissions

Deny by default capabilities, risk and budget checks

Truth

Output is treated as completion

Evidence receipts distinguish claims from outcomes

Failure

Retry until success or silent abandonment

Bounded recovery, incident lifecycle and safe stop

Ownership

Control drifts toward the automation layer

Human root authority remains explicit and final

Product evidence

Inspect the control loop, not just the promise.

This interactive model is grounded in AVC's current contracts and architecture. It illustrates how bounded work should be observed; it is not connected to a production backend.

System architecture

One governed company brain. Many isolated ventures.

Product Cells can request shared capabilities, but they cannot weaken the Kernel, inherit each other's data, or grant themselves authority.

SELECTED / OWNER AUTHORITY

The system cannot become its own owner.

Root identity, constitutional protections, signing authority, global emergency stop and non-delegable legal obligations remain outside ordinary autonomous modification.

  • Human approval for protected changes
  • Agents cannot self-ratify authority
  • Ultimate ownership remains explicit

Governance is the product

Useful autonomy has limits. That is the point.

AVC is designed to increase useful independence while preserving financial discipline, auditability, separation of duties, and the owner's ability to intervene.

01
Bounded authority

Capabilities, risk and budget are explicit.

02
Independent verification

Claims are challenged before becoming operating truth.

03
Recovery by design

Failure handling is first-class infrastructure.

First Product Cell

LeadRescue turns response speed into a governed workflow.

The package implements core lead-response services, while pilot maturity and production operation remain under verification. The site makes that boundary explicit.

Maturity and release truth

Implemented is not the same as released.

AVC separates code existence, fresh verification, release readiness and production authority.

ActiveMission Control / Foundation 5

RELEASE STATE / ALPHA Not production-approved.

No deployment target has been selected for this marketing site, and no production authority is implied by a passing local build.
