1. Operator and legal status

Autonomous Venture Company is an owner-controlled software operating system owned and operated by Jonas Abde. AVC is not an independent legal person and must not be interpreted as one merely because the software can perform autonomous work.

2. Public-alpha scope

The public site provides information about AVC, its architecture, products, agents, research and maturity. Protected operator areas may expose additional functionality to authorized users. Features marked alpha, experimental, scaffolded, pilot or not production-approved must be treated according to that stated maturity.

3. No general commercial offer

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, information on this public-alpha site is not a binding offer of paid services, pricing, uptime, support, delivery dates or production capability. Customer, subscription and payment terms must be supplied separately before commercial contracting begins.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the AVC public or protected surfaces to:

• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, tenants, systems, credentials or capabilities;
• interfere with service availability, security controls, audit evidence or access boundaries;
• introduce malicious code, abusive automation or deceptive content;
• use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Protected access

Access to operator or tenant surfaces may require authentication, an eligible organization membership, a role and specific capabilities. Authentication alone does not grant unrestricted authority. Access may be limited or revoked when required for security, policy, tenant isolation or system integrity.

6. AI and autonomous output

AVC may use AI models and governed agents to produce research, proposals, explanations or operational work. Generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. The platform is designed to preserve authority, evidence and approval boundaries, but users must not treat generated output as professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice unless a separately approved service explicitly provides that role. 7. Intellectual property and external sources

AVC software, branding and original site content remain subject to their applicable ownership and license terms. Referenced third-party names, software, documentation and content remain the property of their respective owners. A link or technical integration does not imply endorsement or transfer of rights.

8. Availability and changes

The public-alpha service may change, be suspended or be withdrawn as the system evolves. Experimental and non-production surfaces are not promised to remain continuously available. AVC should preserve truthful status labels instead of presenting prototype behavior as a production guarantee.

9. Liability boundary

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Within the limits allowed by applicable law, public-alpha information and experimental functionality are provided without a separate commercial warranty unless an applicable written agreement states otherwise.

10. Applicable law

To the extent a choice of law is valid, these public-alpha terms are intended to be governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer, data-protection or other statutory rights continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be varied by these terms.
